At Splendies, we want you to love your new intimates, but due to the delicate nature of our products and hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow our streamlined process to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all labels intact to ensure they meet our health and safety standards.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
